Lately, I have been hooked on oatmeal and apples dipped in peanut butter. So when I stumbled across this recipe, I knew I had to try it. When I first tried this recipe, I used red apples, but I LOVE eating green apples with peanut butter, so I wanted to try it with green apples. Either way, this turned out really good and I definitely recommend this recipe to everyone. It is also great for on-the-go snacking. I usually bring a couple to work and warm them up in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
1 cup shredded Apple
2 cups Oats
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×9 dish.
Combine all ingredients together and press in greased dish. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the edges are brown. Cut into 9 pieces and ENJOY!!
